1. Processing Time
· In-stock items: Shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed during holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
· Pre-order items: Estimated shipping time will be provided but is not guaranteed. Actual shipping time shall prevail. If your order includes pre-order items, the shipment will be dispatched once all items are available.
2. Shipping Time
· Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 7–14 business days after shipment (excluding remote areas).
· Express Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment.

3. Order Modification / Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or reply directly to your order confirmation email.
· If the order has not been shipped, we will gladly assist you.
· If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please contact us after receiving the package.
4. Shipping Origin
Our warehouse is located in China. Once your package arrives in your country, it will be delivered by the local courier.
5. Special Countries
· Turkey: Please provide the recipient’s ID when placing the order and cooperate with customs clearance. Any loss caused by failure to cooperate will be borne by the customer. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Customs clearance in Turkey requires the recipient to log in to : online brokerage portal system and follow up on the customs clearance themselves.
After the package arrives in the destination country, you need to proactively contact the logistics provider to inform them of the customs clearance method. The local authorities may also contact you and send you a customs clearance link via SMS/email to facilitate the process.
